Owensboro Dermatology,
We deeply appreciate your donation of sunscreen, mirrors and lotion for the Owensboro soldiers stationed in Iraq. We’re sure the troops will put them to good use. Due to your help we were able to send a total of six boxes loaded with all kinds of “goodies”. Thank you again for joining with us to show our troops appreciation for their service.

To Owensboro Dermatology:
Thank you for being an exhibitor at the Health and Fitness Expo on July 19, 2008. We received many positive comments about the Expo and see this as a successful first time event. Refinements to the Health and Fitness Classic program and organization have been set in motion that will definitely lead to a significant increase in participants and a need for expanded members and types of exhibitors. We hope that your organization can be a part of the Health and Fitness Expo for 2009. Tentatively, July 11, 2009 has been targeted as the date for the next Health and Fitness Classic. It's great that your organization was involved in the first ever Health and Fitness Classic and gratifying that the exhibits and presentations were well received.
Sincerely,
D.C., Green River District Health Department
Dear Sandra Cox,

Dear Trey,
What a thrill it is to have your photography exhibition at the garden (Western Botanical). Wonderful stories are told by your subject choices. All of your efforts to photograph and portray “Faces in the Garden” (“People & Plants”) came together in a beautiful fashion. Your presentation for “Walk & Talk” in the garden was a huge success as well. Participants were awed by your expertise as you conveyed your knowledge of photography in a down-to-earth manner. It was a very special happening to see and experience Dr. Trey Truett as a skilled photographer!

Thank you for your contribution in making this Christmas a joyous occasion for the women and children of OASIS. Without community concern and commitment from individuals like you, victims of domestic violence, and their children would have no place to turn. We are continually gratified by the outpouring of gifts to help us continue providing high quality and much needed services in Owensboro and Daviess County and surrounding communities. On behalf of OASIS Board of Directors, staff, and volunteers, I extend heartfelt appreciation.
Sincerely,

On behalf of the American Academy of Dermatology (Academy), I would like to thank you for participating in the Academy’s attempt to set a Guinness World Record for the most skin cancer screenings performed in a single day on Saturday, May 6, 2006. Your willingness to share your time and expertise to assist in the early detection of skin cancer on this day was greatly appreciated. Thanks to your participation, and the participation of hundreds of volunteers on May 6, this public service was a great success, providing 10,359 individuals with a free skin cancer screening at 123 different locations across the country. Your volunteer efforts helped to spotlight the specialty of dermatology. As you know, these screening programs are an essential part of raising public awareness about the importance of skin cancer prevention and detection. By working together to provide these screenings, we can help save lives. Thank you again for your participation.
Sincerely,
American Academy of Dermatology

The sponsorship of Owensboro Dermatology for the Youth and Cadet Orchestras is greatly appreciated. Education and exposure of youth to classical music is one of the most important functions of our orchestra. If we can imbue our young people with a love of music at an early age then we have accomplished our purpose. Through your assistance we can achieve this. Thank you.

I would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude for the awesome basket full of goodies and brochures you recently donated to the City of Owensboro’s Health & Safety Fair. The employees were interested to see the literature your office sent over, since many of the positions require working in the outside weather. Again, thank you for your generosity.
Sincerely,
